Mix warm water with sugar and instant yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl mix flour, salt, and oil. After the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add the yeast mixture and mix.
On a floured surface knead the dough for 5 minutes. Then add the kneaded dough to a greased bowl. Let the dough rest for an hour or until the dough doubles in size.
Divide the dough in half and add each half to a pie tin or a cast iron skillet. Flatten the dough in the pan.
Add sauce to the pizza making sure to take the sauce to the edge. Add your toppings of choice.
Bake at 400℉ for 15 minutes then broil for a couple of minutes or until the cheese is golden.
