Add yeast packet to warm water and allow time for the yeast to activate.
In a large bowl mix flour and salt.
Combine the yeast water and flour until there are no dry pieces of flour.
Form the dough into a ball and let it rest in a covered bowl for an hour and a half.
Move the dough to parchment paper and form into a ball again. Cover it and allow the dough to rest for an hour then score the dough.
In a 450 degree oven, add the dough to a heated Dutch oven with the lid on in a 450 degree oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
Take the lid off and allow to bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
Allow bread to cool for an hour and enjoy!
