No-Knead Bread (Easiest Same Day Loaf)

Equipment

  • Dutch oven

Ingredients
  

  • 450 grams flour
  • 12 grams salt
  • 1 yeast packet
  • 1.5 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add yeast packet to warm water and allow time for the yeast to activate.
  • In a large bowl mix flour and salt.
  • Combine the yeast water and flour until there are no dry pieces of flour.
  • Form the dough into a ball and let it rest in a covered bowl for an hour and a half.
  • Move the dough to parchment paper and form into a ball again. Cover it and allow the dough to rest for an hour then score the dough.
  • In a 450 degree oven, add the dough to a heated Dutch oven with the lid on in a 450 degree oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Take the lid off and allow to bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
  • Allow bread to cool for an hour and enjoy!
